Less than a week before Sen.-elect Al Franken (D-Minn.) is set to be sworn into office, a new national poll shows that 44 percent of voters have an unfavorable view of the former comedian and liberal radio host.
A Rasmussen Reports poll released Thursday found that 34 percent have a favorable view of Franken, who defeated former Republican Sen. Norm Coleman to win the seat. Another 22 percent are not sure what they think of him.
The poll revealed that Franken generates strong feelings among his detractors. Twenty-nine percent said they had a “very unfavorable” impression of Franken, compared with just 12 percent who have a “very favorable” view.

It is scary to believe that %34 persent of those polled have a favorable opinion of Frankin.
the only thing that matters is his poll numbers in his hope state. He’s not running for president.
This is a totally unfair poll!! Wait until they really get to know him and they’ll be really unfavorable.

They are voters that have been completely brainwashed. I made a statement that got me chewed on the other day. I said ppl in MN must be brain damaged. Well, a FR’per from MN flamed me big-time. Maybe I deserve it, but at least Texas has not elected a Frankin.
Entirely too many Minnesota voters are visiting the Indian reservations and chewing peyote.

With numbers like that, you have to figure that in a Democrat year with a candidate who didn't die or enter the race at the last minute, the Dems would have a good shot at unseating Coleman whatever clown they nominated.
