Sonia Sotomayor: “I Am a Product of Affirmative Action.”

Not a very good recommendation for AA, is it?

How many less favored minorities such as Asians, who despite having top academic credentials are denied admission so that lesser qualified favored minorities can be admitted?

"I Am a Product of Affirmative Action."

We know, we know, we know!

I wonder what Obama's scores were? Probably the answer is hidden in the same vault with his Birth Certificate and the Coca Cola formula.

It was clear before the election what Obama really was with his close associations with Wright, Rezko, Ayers and other radicals who hate America. He was a protege of Saul Alinsky and is following his script. His association with ACORN and other nefarious groups as a “community organizer” only confirms that. But the MSM adoration society chose to ignore or spin away the truth - and look what we got!

You guys are right but we’re now living in an “entitlement” society that has no connection with traditional American values like merit, hard work, and a level playing field. And I think you and I are rapidly becoming the unentitled!

Unusual picture of her there, her eyes are hooded and oriental looking to me.

I posted an article a while back that told how Chavis, the black guy who bumped Bakke from medical school, actually ended up maiming and killing patients. That, and other affirmative action outrages, are detailed in William McGowan’s book, “Coloring the News.” Fortunately, Bakke got into another medical school and became a successful physician. But you’re right - the whole scam is hurting us economically and professionally.

I may have read your post. I'm thinking Chavis was the one found dead in his driveway. Ted Kennedy had made a big deal about him doing more for society with his education than Bakke. Scum of a feather stick together.

I worry about the qualifications of the doctor who is about to do surgery on me...

So do I. I ask Affirmative Action supports who they'd like working on their only child in the emergency room. A minority who made it on AA, or the white or Asian man who made it on merit. The look on their face is priceless. It's amazing how little thought people give this. There is no doubt in my mind that AA has killed people.

I once knew a young Puerto Rican fellow who was below average in height and had the facial structure (cheek bones, etc.) and eyes of one of the indigenous Indian population before the Spanish conquest. I’m no physical anthropologist but I think you’re right about her particular appearance.

Definitely. Ted Kennedy and other liberals in the media held Chavis up as the poster boy for affirmative action. After it was discovered that this “physician” was a criminally negligent butcher their silence spoke volumes.

Exactly. To use another metaphor, the inmates are running the asylum. I think if de Tocqueville were alive today he’d title his work, “LOSS of Democracy in America.”

[I think you’re right about her particular appearance.]

I spent quite some time in Puerto Rico many years ago and that is not a Puerto Rican attribute. Perhaps her eyes are hooded because of drooping lids due to age, although she is not all that old?
