Here in L.A., I was invited to a party of a well-known producer who won an Oscar for a “feel-good tolerance movie” which I will say in the end...

Now this producer is a hard-core lib who’s from Canada originally, who loves lecturing conservatives and march in protest because he’s got too much time on his sanctimonious hands.

The entire Hollywood party was white. My GF back then was Filipina and she loved the movie about “multiculturalism”.

I asked him (while boozed up so my remarks could be excusable) that “if your movie was about being tolerant of other races, how come your staff, friends, colleagues in the industry are ALL white? Dont you have a single non-white friend in the entire party to prove your point of the movie?”

He looked stunned for 10 seconds, and said “it’s just a movie. So what if I’m racist? What are you, a F’n conservative?”

The guy was Paul Haggis of CRASH’.

I was never invited to his parties again and the bad part was my friend who invited me was blackballed which me feel worse.
