It’s a nice thing my country, as a member of the EU, is given this opportunity.
It’s saddening though that my Sweden doesn’t wish to make full use of the opportunities this presidency contains.
Okay, that sounded overly pessimistic perhaps.
Sweden will probably demand more of budget discipline from its sloppy, siesta, zero growth southern neighbors and if change appear down there, that is good news.
