This is the latest messaging I have had with the seller on eBay
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Dear colmado_naranja,
I see the auction has been pulled (again), also I got a bunch of warnings that you might be trying to get my account info etc.
I sure hope you are legit or at least not trying to cause harm
If you can tell me anything about what is going on I'd appreciate it
____________ >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Dear ____
Hi. Don't worry, I'm not a scammer. You can check with other eBayers that have made posts all over the internet in support of me and that eBay is now to the point that they will say anything to cancel my auctions.
There will be no more auctions for Obama?s b.c., but this may interest you. Ebay item # 160345795373. ?Autographed photo of Smith and Andylenny abroad.?
Again you?ll have to search by listing number for the first several hours until the title becomes searchable.
I'm turning the b.c. over to WorldNetDaily and Joseph Farah. Thanks for your support. You are appreciated.

I had recieved this from eBay earlier:
Hello ______________
Our records show that you recently received an email from colmado_naranja through the Ask Seller a Question or Contact eBay Member features. This email may be fraudulent and an attempt to do one of the following:
- Obtain your eBay password - Gain access to your eBay account - Use your eBay account for fraudulent activity - Set up an outside-of-eBay transaction which may be fraudulent
This kind of email is often called a "phish" or "phishing attempt," and the people who send them are known as "phishers." Phishers use these methods to try to get your personal information, such as user names, passwords and credit card details. Because the emails may sometimes come through the eBay system, the phisher may seem to be trustworthy and have a good reason to contact you.
***Important - Protect Your Personal Information*** - Don't reply to the sender either through the eBay system or your personal email account.
- Don't open any links or cut and paste any Web addresses into your browser from the phishing email.
- If you think you may have entered personal information such as your password, Social Security Number, or credit card information into a website based on a request from a phishing email, you need to act *immediately* to protect yourself from identity theft. For detailed instructions about the steps to take, please go to:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/account/protecting-identity-theft.html
***What to Do If You've Already Sent an Item or Payment*** If you've already sent payment to or shipped an item to a person who asked that you take the transaction outside of eBay, we recommend you take the following steps:
1. Contact the payment service that you used to make the purchase. If you paid by credit card, most card issuers provide consumer protection in online fraud cases.
2. Please complete the "Item Bought Outside of eBay" form or the "Item Sold Outside of eBay" form. To find these forms, please go to:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/tp/isgw-fraud-non-ebay.html
Click the "Item Bought Outside of eBay form" or the "Item Sold Outside of eBay form" link. Enter your information in the page that follows, and then click the "Submit" button. The information you provide will enable us to work more effectively with law enforcement in case an investigation occurs.
3. If you were the seller and shipped the item to a fraudulent buyer, contact the shipping carrier that you used. That company may be able to assist you further. If you sent the item through the U.S. Postal Service, file a mail fraud claim. To do so, please visit:
http://www.usps.com/postalinspectors/fraud/
4. Contact the local law enforcement where you sent the payment or item. The authorities where the seller or the buyer lives might be able to provide additional assistance. To find local law enforcement, go to:
http://www.usacops.com/
***Additional Account Safety Tips*** To protect your email and your eBay account, we recommend that you always follow these safety tips:
- Do *not* respond to the sender either through the eBay system or your email account. An offer to buy or sell an item outside of eBay is against eBay policies, might be fraudulent, and will not be covered by eBay protection programs.
- If you received what appears to be a Second Chance Offer for an item that you recently bid on, check My Messages to make sure the offer is legitimate. Second Chance Offers appear in My Messages with a blue background and a subject stating, "eBay Second Chance Offer for Item...."
- If you receive a Second Chance Offer directly in your personal email and it is not in My Messages, it is not a legitimate offer.
- If a Second Chance Offer appears in My Messages with a subject line of "Message from eBay Member," it is not a legitimate offer. Before responding to a Second Chance Offer, make sure it contains both the blue background in My Messages and the subject line of "eBay Second Chance Offer for Item?"
- Never pay for an item you've bought on eBay by using instant cash or wire transfer services such as Western Union or MoneyGram. These payment methods are unsafe on eBay. It's against the eBay Accepted Payments policy for a seller to request payment using these methods. For more information about payments that are accepted on eBay, please go to:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/accepted-payments-policy.html

eBay Trust & Safety team
"Please help expose the truth about Obama's birth certificate"
Video was just posted days ago (June 26, 2009) and highlights the efforts to indict Zero on counts of fraud and treason. Really well done and being outside of the well publicized cases such as Berg's and Donofrio's, is news to me.
This will either *put an end* to all this speculation about Obamas birth certificate or it will confirm it for the world, as WorldNetDaily exposes it to everyone.
Option #3 is far more likely. It will expose this little ebay exercise as a fraud. Nothing more, nothing less.

____________
More weirdness. Why did Associated Press subscribe to revolutionarytruth?
You said — LMAO. I thought the same thing. WND ran the story. I suspect they were in contact with the seller from day one.
—
Check with my previous posts about it. I said, back before this happened, that this seller should hook up with WND and have them authenticate it and verify it to the world, and then they could help him with selling it.
But, in this case, he decided to just *give it to WND* — which is something that I did not think would happen with the seller, that he would “give it away” to WND.
And that’s great!
But, I did say that WND and him should hook up, and not merely that WND should be reporting about this guy on eBay selling it...
So, I did say that a long time before this ever happened... :-)
Well, that’s what I’m saying, either the whole thing is fraudulent (and WND will expose that) or it’s real (and WND will authenticate it to the world)....
Interesting.....I heard that about Michelle. Never heard about Feinstein introducing a bill concerning NBC requirements. It wouldn’t surprise me....you have a link handy?
This will either *put an end* to all this speculation about Obamas birth certificate
________________
Now that’s just funny there. SO if one guy on Ebay perpetuates a hoax, that will put and end to speculation regarding his birth certificate? I think it’s time for you to go to bed! That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. From day one, you have tried to refute any post regarding the birth certificate. Your faked pleasure makes me very suspicious. Was that your auction on Ebay?
That is weird.
You said — I agree but this will damage us if anyone runs with it and it turns out to be a hoax..and it is , I assure you .
—
You know..., I’ve been posting all along that this sure did sound like a hoax from the beginning. And everyone who read my posts knows I have been saying that.
But, this is the best thing that could happen, in turning it over to WND, because they can either expose it as a hoax or authenticate it to the world. It’s the best of both...
You said — Your faked pleasure makes me very suspicious. Was that your auction on Ebay?
—
LOL..., now I know that Obama Derangement Syndrome seriously affects the mental reasoning abilities of people.. :-)
Thank you, Nasher.
After Midnight Ping to #181.
Not an accurate link to his website.
It’s a favored video made by
revolutionarytruth.
If this ebay exercise is a fraud, which is 98% certain, it will not be the end of "speculation" about Obama's BC. It will mean nothing, because it is nothing.
Actually, she’s subscribed to Associated Press, not the other way around.
I’m saying it will put an end to this particular episode, and that *this* is the first chance that we’ve had of someone outside of the original source themselves being able to *authenticate* something. That’s what is so great about WorldNetDaily getting a hold of this.
I’m anxiously awaiting their examination of it... :-)
But, in this case, he decided to just *give it to WND* which is something that I did not think would happen with the seller, that he would give it away to WND
_____________
I highly doubt he gave it away for nothing. If he’s not a complete fraud, and this will not surprise me, he might have given it to them with a promise of something if it’s authentic.
There is another possible party nonse of us are thinking about.....The Clintons. There was a Clinton sympathizer who posted here after the election who was plugged in a bit or claimed to be.
They suggested that Hillary and Bill might pounced after Healthcare was voted on and passed. Or possibly not passed.
You know Bill hates someone and wants to get even. What better way than to get it out, blame the Repubs and Hillary saves the day.
Hillary is 5th in line of sucession. Joe ditched due to fraud then pelosi and Byrd is told to pass on it. Why did she take the Sec of State gig? To be fifth in line. The weakness of that tehory is the first four have to step down at the same time.
Still - the Clintons would grab the Dem Party back from O.
That’s a repost.
Here’s the one I saw posted earlier
from American Grand Jury.

Well, thats what Im saying, either the whole thing is fraudulent (and WND will expose that) or its real (and WND will authenticate it to the world).
