John Mcain's Re-Election Campaign letter...
John@JohnMcCain.com | June 29, 2009 | John McCain

Posted on 06/30/2009 8:27:40 PM PDT by The Bronze Titan

My Friend,

As I travel around Arizona, I am always humbled by the dedicated men and women I meet in my home state. I am so honored to serve as one of Arizona's Senators and I want you to know that together, we have accomplished a great deal. We are taking positive steps toward economic reform and we are preparing for a vigorous debate on healthcare in the Senate.

But there is still more to accomplish on issues like healthcare reform, national security and earmark reform and that is why I want to continue my service to our country as a member of the United States Senate.

You may have read that I am now facing opponents in the Republican primary. I want you to know that I am taking nothing for granted in this campaign. I am committed to winning reelection.

You have so generously supported me in the past, and for that I am very grateful. I would not be where I am today without your support. Today, I hope you will show that you are one of my strongest supporters by signing my Reelection Pledge of Support.

The end of June marks a key deadline for my reelection campaign, as we will be filing our fundraising numbers with the FEC. The national Democrats, the media, and my opponents will use these numbers as a sign of my reelection campaign's strength.

Will you show your support for my reelection effort today by adding your name to the Reelection Pledge of Support and make a special contribution of $25, $50, $100, $250 or more to help us reach our fundraising goal?

Our campaign is very close to meeting our second quarter fundraising goal. That's why I ask that you immediately follow this link to make your urgent contribution to my reelection effort.

I am truly thankful for your generosity and I look forward to keeping you informed on our progress in finding solutions for our nation's challenges.

Sincerely,
John McCain

P.S. I hope to continue my service as a United States Senator, but I won't be able to do so without your help. I'm asking you to sign my Reelection Pledge of Support and make a generous contribution of any amount so we can meet our second quarter fundraising goal. Thank you.

What that be the national security that involves closing Gitmo you asshole? John, for our national security's sake, please retire. You even praised Obama for his cutbacks in military procurement. You're one of the worst supporters of our military, and you should be one of the best. You didn't like the war in Iraq. You were shooting your mouth off constantly. Just retire you old windbag.

Yeah, I got the same letter and I live in CA. What did he do go through the DHS list for Free Republic to get email addresses? I sure hope AZ votes the RINO out of office this time around.

Shortly after the election, I sent a scathing letter to
to his campaign demanding a refund of my contributions.
They removed me from their email list. Ha!

I’m glad you got the e-mail, but if you get right down to it, this is really only the concern of Arizona voters.

Cordially,

No it is NOT only the concern of Arizona voters...what these bastards do in Washington effects ALL OF US!!!!

I got the same e-mail, probably because I donated to GOVERNOR PALIN in the presidential election. I immediately unsubscribed.

I hope he’s worried. The jerk.

Funny that he constantly uses the expression "My Friend."

In my bar tending days, "My Friend" was a sneaky way of calling someone a "Mother F^^^er". Just saying.

It was Juan MeeKane who gave us Barak Obama.

Nothing more to say here. And McNutcase has since done nothing to stop the bleeding or the damage.

And we will see Cap & Trade, Health Care and everything Obama intends to do to this country, with out a word from this asshat.

And there were those on this forum who thought Ol’ Juan would do a great job if he was elected? We are so screwed.....

I knew we were screwed the minute McVain said that Obama is a good man. And his silence about Palin’s treatment by his staff is disgusting.

Watch for McVain to possibly jump parties in the future.

After all, a Democrat might be in favor of partial repeal of the First Amendment and amnesty for illegal aliens, right?

“We are in a bad place but, even as much as I can’t stand McCain, he is better than what the Dem alternative would be.”

I’m sorry but we just don’t know that for sure yet. Not that Dems are all that great, but McCain really IS that bad.

Defeating McCain in the primary has the added bonus that he won’t be running for president again.

Don’t worry about that. My family and coworkers (a team of conservative nurses) are doing everything in our power to oust the RINO>
