President Obama's Approval Index Rating Takes a Dive
Fox ^ | 6/30/09 | Brett Baier

Now some fresh pickings from the Political Grapevine:

Falling Marks

Today's Rasmussen reports presidential tracking poll shows that 31 percent of voters surveyed strongly approve of the job president Obama is doing. But 33 percent strongly disapprove. That means the president's approval index rating has fallen below zero for the third time in 10 days.

The approval index is calculated by subtracting the number of people who strongly disapprove — from the number who strongly approve. It currently stands at negative two. That matches President Obama's lowest rating since taking office, which was recorded on June 21. Before that, the index had never dropped below zero.

bit too early to celebrate imho, we’re looking at the approval/disapproval index, not his overall popularity.

STill WAY too many Republicans have approval of Obama

We need not to celebrate, but to work hard to expose the POS for the lying fraud that he is.

By working to expose all of his malfeasance. By donating time and energy to groups that expose that malfeasance. Whether it is FR, the NRA, Heritage Foundation, great bloggers, tea parties, etc etc.

Todd Purdum paints Palin as a narcissistic egomaniac unable to take the advice of others.

If we listed all the politicians who were like that, we would be here all night reading it.

“STill WAY too many Republicans have approval of Obama”

At this point, with all that has happened, free from the right’s protest, I blame the right, more than the leftists for what is happening.

Republicans are lame-*ss cowards, or they’re now ignorant beyond saving.

The revolt should have started months ago.

The right is handing the country to the hard-left. Heck, I’d love to be complaining about little ‘ol liberal annoyances—these are hardcore leftists succeeding in shifting the paradigm away from freedom IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!

Where is everybody? What the hell is going on?

11 years ago, Republicans were impeaching a Democrat for lying, now they’re kissing butt and wimpering like school girls.

It’s absolutely infuriating!

If President Reagan had "taken the advice of others" we would never have had "Mr. Gorbachev, Tear down this Wall!"

Narcissism incidentally has less to do with the ability to accept advice than with who gets the credit for success and failure. This is why narcissists tend to be highly successful at their chosen tasks but not very well liked.

Most of his support are those that have benefited from King Obama's handouts. They are the weakest Americans that cannot stand on their own or those that are steeling from the middle tax payer. The middle class is in real trouble and no effective way to stop the rolling machine except constant getting the word out.

Producing his Birth Certificate would be a step in the right direction.
IMHO.

Yes, but isn't - =

That makes him still Zero even though his approval is below Zero.

Lets really call him what he is: Lying Kenyan Commie Muzzie who sleeps in the White House.

The only thing Obama can do is read very well on camera. Generally he is the most powerful/popular news anchor in history.

Think in terms of what takes down News Anchors.

I agree those qualities are important in a good president. Gotta be able to be independent. In a bad president they can be irritating and worse.

Just FYI, and for what it's worth?

Every time Gateway pundit posts one of two graphics ( shown below ) the resident trolls and disruptors go bounce-off-the-wall crazy.

Must be over the target...

11 years ago the Republicans had control of Congress. Elections have consequences.
