Well you know President Bush did have Rush to the WH for his birthday right before he left office. Perhaps Bush gave him a present. *wink wink*
The scary thing is though is that if O continues to load the courts he could get away with anything....reason he’s forcing everything so quickly.
I wouldn’t take that as proof that Rush espouses this theory. It’s just a funny joke, whether you buy this “birther” business or not.
For the record, my thought on this issue is that because being born in the U.S. is a constitutional requirement for the presidency, EVERY candidate should submit proof of U.S. birth that can be accessed by the public. However, this is a case of “I’ll believe it when I see it.” Those who think there’s something to be uncovered here should dig quietly until they’ve found some proof, and then make a credible presentation to the public. Continuing to shout about this without really convincing evidence (at least none that I’ve seen) looks a bit kooky and desperate at this point. And it’s a distraction from the more immediate problems of the Obama presidency. My sense is that Rush feels pretty much the same way.

But there’s another point to be drawn.
No, he wouldn’t have to sue: all he would have to do is produce evidence that he is a natural born citizen and then it’s a dead issue.
But he has fought this question with hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees, as well as the power of the main stream media, leading to the conclusion regarding all this sturm und drang: he can’t because he’s not, and he’s occupying the office in violation of Article II of the US Constitution, after having sworn to defend and uphold that document.
As long as he `stonewalls’ & there is no Washington Post to badger him 24/7, I guess we’ll never know whether his administration was or was not lawless from day one.

Even if it could be absolutely proved that he was born in Kenya, who is going to remove him? Impeachment? I don't think so. The cowards in congress will not risk taking the blame for the urban violence/melt down that would follow. Personally I don't care if the cities burn a little bit, thats why we private citizens, the National Guard, and regular Army have ammunition. But I don't think anybody in power is going to take the risk. The government would allow Obama to remain in power, but there would be a huge constitutional crisis across the nation. And there would be a lot of civil unrest from folks like us. Nobody currently in power will remove him from power. Unless we made a giant march on Washington and closed the city down for about 3-4 weeks. But I don't see that happening unless we are willing to fight a civil war to defend the constitution.
