I noticed this morning where Fox News' Bill Hemmer picked up on this item. He had an Arizona State Rep(?) as a guest that was not all that articulate in defining the Constitutionally guaranteed States Rights issue generally, but Hemmer didn't ask many of the right questions either.

How much more will it take before we say ENOUGH!With the way things are going, the rest of the country will say "enough" just before the irons are put around their wrists.

" ....Supreme Court showdown with any federal legislation, which is certain to include language similar to what ended up in the House cap and tax bill, which, in Section 189(a)(2) made it clear that any State law could be ignored." It becomes easier and easier to sympathize with the Iranian who have lived in terror of a group of evil black-robed clerics who have administered sharia law for many decades.
Not much different than those men-in-black who successfully shredded the former Constitution and are now relegating it to the "dust-bin of history".

I hope so. Itd be nice to know that there are places to move when we can finally get out of NY.
Hi metmom! Nice to see you in a different locale.
Same here. I'm compiling a list of states that would be good to move to - both politically and financially. OK and AZ are at the top. They've passed some really good conservative legislation lately.

Amen but it won’t happen here in NC - our “leaders” are Demoniac Zero lovers.

We have a house there and I hope we will be permanent residents by then to vote for this! Yeah!

Ironic that the reason we could cause all this trouble is that Obama named Nappy the Hag to his administration.
Fife Symington tried to cause similar troubles for Clinton. So he sicked US Attorney Napolitano and used the press and courts to take Fife out. Then he gave Nappy the governorship as a plum.
We are back where we were in 1994 here in Az. Let's see if the feds use another power play against us.
Poor Fife was forced from office and darn near ruined. A very good and decent man.

I dont BELIEVE that the US revolution really began in Massachusetts! They are just WAY too liberal to have EVER stood up to King George III! I think that any Mass. part of the revolution is a urban MYTH.
