Yep, narry a peep out of Republicans. They certainly fought as quiet a fight as they possibly could. Now that they lost they will roll over and say, “Better luck next time”.
Why didn’t Republicans raise total cain after the Toricelli/Lautenberg episode? That was clearly an outrage. But no, Republicans just roll over because they don’t want to upset their Democrat masters or their state-run MSM masters.
ABSOLUTELY.
Which is exactly what the 'Rats did in the 8th District in Indiana back in '84. Remember that one? The conservative Republican came out ahead on election night, and the recounts. The Indiana SoS certified him as the winner. He presented his credentials on swearing-in day and was refused a seat by the 'Rat-controlled House (they make their own rules). The 'Rats in the House decided they'd run their own "recount". They tried counting hand-filled ballots every which way, first counting x's, then dashes, then fill-ins, whatever which way they could to make it come out in favor of the 'Rat. They finally settled on counting only those hand-filled ballots where the marks were "within the box" (ostensibly because the election instructions said "mark in the box next to the name". They threw out any ballots where the voter's clearly-intended choice was marked but the mark strayed "outside the lines of the box" (because it wasn't IN the box). That made it come out the way they wanted, their 'Rat "won" by something like four votes.
The 'Rats are good at this kind of election-fixing. They are experts at it, they've had a lot of practice and experience. It would have worked in FL in 2000 and we'd be stuck with the legacy (if we survived at all) of eight years of President Gore, except for the fact that something unexpected happened: the 'Pubs got off their duffs and went down to the election offices and literally pounded on doors until they were let in to oversee a fair election process.
Well, we’re really screwed now.
.......I guarantee that Carville would be on every channel had Coleman won.....Steele....you out there...anywhere?
..........all I hear is crickets from the republican party.......Calling Michael Steele.... (is he invisible or does he work one day a week?)
I understand alcoholics must hit bottom before they can recover.....this may be a fitting recovery....
Well....if the republicans failed to gather even one Minn Supreme court vote....who the hell was the attorney? Was he/she even present? ......crickets again?
The thing he didn't do was raise holy h*ll in the public arena. Every time the 'Rats "discovered" so-called "lost" or "overlooked" ballots in voting machines, car trunks, whatever, Coleman should have been right there raising hell about it in as public a manner possible. You know Franken and the 'Rats would have done so if Coleman "found" a bunch of votes and 95% of them were for him. So what if they call you names for standing up for yourself? Let them scream. From a distance, it appears to me that the 'Pubs just quietly let the 'Rats slip those "found" votes into the total, and then it's too late, you can't separate them out. That's why the courts won't touch it. Take out ads, buy TV and radio time, whatever, to get the word about about the fraud. The process is still stacked against you and you still will probably lose, but, if nothing else, you will partly de-legitimize any claims Frankenputz has to being a genuine Senator.
Mean? Spiteful? I don't know about that, but I do know it is exactly the playbook the 'Rats pulled on George Bush for eight years after the 2000 election. If nothing else, turnabout is fair play.
Not ALL of us are crazy.
Just all my neighbors. *sigh* :^(
I’m so sorry. I didn’t mean to generalize so. I guess the mere thought of Frankin can make me say things like that. So you’re the only sane one left, huh?

I would think the only recourse would be to find grounds for an appeal to the USSC, if possible.
Well....if the republicans failed to gather even one Minn Supreme court vote....who the hell was the attorney? Was he/she even present? ......crickets again?
The decision of the court is all that counts.....hence...the attorney or the facts failed to prove the case.
Was the fix in.....you tell me. I am a Texian and I have no familiarity with MN courts.
Damn!
Say it ain't so, Norm.
There are still a few of us sane patriots left, but too few as far as I am concerned. It has infiltrated and infested my once normal neighborhood in suburbia.
I would want to move, but we’re in the middle of major renovations, and I really like my house, and our closest friends are light in this darkness. We will stay and fight. For now.
pissant, I like the way you think. You’re always dead-on.:)
