The Republican Governor of Minnesota, Tim Pawlenty COULD refuse to certify the election and COULD keep Franken out of the Senate indefinitely but Pawlenty was on left wing MSNBC this morning saying that he would certify the results just as soon as the state Supreme Court ruled, which was a couple of hours later.

Well....if the republicans failed to gather even one Minn Supreme court vote....who the hell was the attorney? Was he/she even present? ......crickets again?
