RIO DE JANEIRO - Strong U.S. support for ousted Honduran President Manuel Zelaya has sharply reduced the chances that the military coup there could reignite ideological tensions in Latin America or encourage similar moves against other leftist governments....
U.S. President Barack Obama joined Latin American leaders on Monday in condemning the coup as illegal, marking a contrast to 2002 when Washington went against the regional consensus by initially welcoming a coup attempt against Chavez himself...

Memo to Bambi: STFU !
Actually this move has the support of the vast majority of Hondurans. The fact that our wussy Pres doesn't support it is not terribly relevant, IMO!
So, the Obama Admin has a “hands-off” view of Iran, but wants to throw it’s weight around on this one?

>>...the military coup there ...<<
From what I’ve read, it was not a coup but completely constitutional.
It is a menu choice...A or B
A. If you hate, loathe, despise, don’t like, denigrate, villify, and scowl at the United States, any action or statements against you is undemocratic, illegal and fattening.
B. If you are in office because of TRUE free elections, or the direction of the duly constituted Court System of your country, then you must be removed from power, exiled, cast adrift and lectured by the President of the Untied States.
(that is NOT a misspelling)
I think I mentioned this is Reuters propaganda spin. Of course it wasn’t a coup, or he would have been strung up, not giving the speech the Useless Nations assembly.
