I really hope that it was a transcription error, because the syntax is remarkably garbled. It sounds like someone who has started talking while failing to engage their brain.
OTOH, the Sanford scandal is not that hard to understand. It’s a failure to keep one’s marital vows as well as a failure to keep one’s ... (Ah! No need to be vulgar).
Would be nice if Steele also talked that way (with better grammar) about Kennedy (all of them) Holder, Spitzer, Conyers, Rangel, Jefferson, Pelosi, Boxer . . .

I'm not a big Steele fan, but there's no value in distorting what he says to make him appear dumb.

All of them have many skeletons rattling in their closets. That is what politics and the system does to you: you eventually get entrapped in to the flattery, lies and deceit until your whole being gets throughly corrupted. Name me one honest, throughly clean politican, silence: there is none. Both sides have a vested interest to keep the status quo as it is, it serves their interests. There is a bright glimmer on the Republican side: Michelle Bachman, I admire her. The rest of the tanned Ken and Barbie dolls of both parties can march along to Stepford Village, where they truly belong. I would like to see Michelle run for higher office, my other nominee would be Coco, The Gorilla./Just Asking - seoul62.......
