Hugo isn't going to let this happen. Be ready for him to land Venezuelan and Cuban troops in Honduras. Without the US to stop him, and since Obama is a fellow traveler we certainly won't, he isn't going to let anything stand in the way of his revolution.

He will provide financial and political support to the next leftist to run for office in South/Central America....
