(CNSNews.com) – The Obama administration’s policy of having the FBI read the Miranda rights to terrorists captured on the battlefield in Afghanistan is “outrageous,” Sen. James Inhofe (R-Okla.) told CNSNews.com.
“To me, this is the most outrageous notion I have ever heard,” said Inhofe. “These people are terrorists, they don’t have rights, they don’t belong to a country that is identifiable.”
“The longer you do that, the more difficult you make it for us to pick up detainees that we need to interrogate because they’re afraid to do it if they have to read them their rights,” said Inhofe. “What are they gonna’ say? ‘Oh yeah, I want an attorney, you can’t talk to me.’ It’s just outrageous.”

Imhofe is one of the few good guys in the USofA Senate.

This fella new in part what habeas corpus was, but did not comprehend the impact of providing foreign combatants on foreign soil, rights we as Americans alone enjoy under the constitution.
Here lies the problem. Our government has allowed our nation to be flooded with people from other countries which have absolutely NO intention of declaring loyalty to America and or denouncing (dual) citizenship and loyalties to the their country of origin.
Our government gave amnesty to 8 million illegals under the presidency of Ronald Reagan (kills me to say that).
Our government has and is now attempting to pass comprehensive immigration reform that will give yet another twenty to thirty million illegals amnesty.
I don't necessarily blame illegals for wanting a better life.
I certainly blame our government for not making it more difficult to get into the U.S. or making it difficult to stay if your here illegally.
With that said, the law is the law. Those in this country illegally have committed a federal offense (felony) by crossing our border, not to mention falsifying info on government documents to receive benefits or carrying forged government documents such as SS cards or green cards.
This is also a felony and would prohibit them currently under our laws, from even obtaining U.S. citizenship.
None the less, most illegals or legal immigrants for that matter, even realize we have a constitution or know the contents of it.
This in of itself is creating a constitutional crisis in that even our own president (Barry the Kenyan) is now holding the office of president of the United States in direct violation of the constitution.
America has been betrayed......by our own leaders!!!!
Time to pay the piper is getting closer by the day.

Look for Senator Inhofe to do absolutely everything senatorially possible to keep Cap & Trade from passing the Senate. He is all over it like a bulldog after a cat. (Sorry, cat lovers.)

The Miranda lawsuit was strictly about constitutional rights. By giving the Miranda rights on the combat field, we are extending consitutional rights to a foreign group of nationals.
I never imagined Obama would be as bad as he is.
The glorious leader will see to it that this senator finds a tragic but very timely end.
