Intellectually, yes. But, unfortunately, US courts don’t work that way. They would probably uphold eveyy bill he signed.

Hmmm....how about an analogy:

If a police officer stopped a crime in progress, and it was later discovered that the officer was an impersonator and not a member of legally appointed law enforcement, do you think the courts would allow a resulting conviction to stand? I don’t think so.

Since Obama was aided and abetted in this fraud, there will be more than a few Democrats standing in the docket alongside him.

I believe the courts will void government actions committed as a result of fraud.
