Barack Obama, when finally found to be ineligible, would be labeled a usurper and removed from office. What happens then is anyones guess. But all legislation and executive orders he has signed are VOID!

Intellectually, yes. But, unfortunately, US courts don’t work that way. They would probably uphold eveyy bill he signed.

Is there any legal basis to assume that would be the result or is there a possibility that they’d keep things as there going to be?
I think that would be a dangerous time.
I would hope they’d void what he did, but I think such dramatic move would errupt quite a bit of unrest. I hope he just has 3 years and moves on....given we don’t have some nucleur war in between that.
