"bipartisan victory"

ROFL!!! I stopped reading right there. Anymore spin that bad, I would have found myself in the floor from dizziness! There was more bipartisanship AGAINST this dreadful bill than there was for it.

I think this victory will be short lived for them, because there's no way this garbage gets through the Senate without a significant watering down, which would then make it unacceptable to the wackos. In the end this will amount to a bunch of spent political capitol wasted, and no bill at all. Hopefully their healthcare disaster will meet with a similar fate.

Exactly! Eight GOP vote with the Queen, and 44 Dems vote with Republicans and it is called bi-partisan? Give me a break!

There is a reason that our founding fathers created a Senate where all states are equal and the fruits of that are going to be seen when the Senate defeats the Energy TAX
