Call Snyder's office at 202-225-2506 and ask to speak to Legislative Director, James Savage. He was in office as of 1:45pm Central Time. The guy claimed that Snyder was still reading the bill and whined about amendments. He also quoted the CBO and I stated that fossil fuels are less than 4% of the Earth's Carbon (From the EIA survey of the Manhattan Institute) he said "other people say otherwise". I also talked about HR2846, the American Energy Act, James claimed there was some nuclear power plant study provisions in the bill but couldn't be specific.
I'm told that Phynaus Wilson is another contact, but he wasn't in office. More about Snyder's office staff here:

“Overall, Waxman-Markey reduces gross domestic product by an average of $393 billion annually between 2012 and 2035, and cumulatively by $9.4 trillion. In other words, the nation will be $9.4 trillion poorer with Waxman-Markey than without it.”
