Went to the Miami Herald website, apparently when the feds shut down some of the operation in Miami, the crooks moved the operation to Detroit. Looks like most of the perps are Chicanohispanilatino, several from Cuba.

Details on all the names seem sketchy. Here are some snippets from the Detroit News

One of the defendants, Bernice A. Brown, protested her innocence as agents led her in handcuffs from Detroit FBI headquarters on Michigan Avenue early this morning.

"I am totally innocent," Brown shouted...

...Another indictment unsealed today names Suresh Chand of Oakland County, owner of TriStar Rehab Services in Centerline; S.U.B. Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy Center Inc. in Dearborn; Continental Rehab Services Inc. in Warren; and Pacific Management Services Inc., also in Warren. A third indictment unsealed today names Denisse Martinez and Jose Rafael Martinez, described as residents of both Michigan and Florida and operators and owners of RDM Center on Canton Township; and Dr. Alan Silber, a medical doctor employed by the clinic that specialized in infusion and injection therapy...
