I like her for the reasons you mention, but I do worry about her electability. I know some here will say that makes me (insert whatever bad thing you can imagine) but I do think she was wounded in the last election like Dan Quayle was back in the day. Most people, when you mention his name, think of the word stupid because the press was so savage and successful.
So, while I like her, I hope she can repair that image because it hardly matters what you and I think of her, in the big scheme of things. She has got to turn on the larger electorate in order to win.

Yes. Well, there was nothing wrong back in 1992 with Dan Quayle either. By all accounts, he was and is no dummy.

The Republicans let him be painted that way. They haven’t learned that if you let your enemies (such as the press) put you on the defensive by setting the terms of the debate, you are toast.

They still have not learned it.

Agree totally! I love her, but I really believe the libs will go out of their way to destroy her. Another thing is, there are far too many middle of the road, and left of centers to elect a woman IMO---at least for now.

Another thing, and I realize this is really petty, and do apologize, but she really needs some voice coaching. I know, I know that sounds horrible, but her speeches are difficult to listen to I think. One last thing, and think I'll don my flame suit after this, but please, please do something with her hair. She's such a beautiful, classy, woman and it would be wonderful to see her with a style to match.
