While our media sleep, the United Nations is proceeding, with President Obama's acquiescence, to implement a global plan to create a new international socialist order financed by global taxes on the American people.
The Conference on the World Financial and Economic Crisis and its Impact on Development that begins on Wednesday will consider adoption of a document calling for "new voluntary and innovative sources of financing initiatives to provide additional stable sources of development finance..." This is U.N.-speak for global taxes. They are anything but "voluntary" for the people forced to pay them.
The most "popular" proposals, which could generate tens of billions of dollars in revenue for global purposes, involve taxes on greenhouse gas emissions and financial transactions such as stock trades.
The document was agreed to at an informal meeting of expert "facilitators" and was made available on Monday afternoon at 3 p.m. It is doubtful that any changes will be made to it.
The conference was postponed from June 1-3 and will now take place June 24-26 at the U.N. in New York. While the "outcome document" has been watered down somewhat from the previous version, it still reaffirms attainment of the U.N.'s Millennium Development Goals, which would require the payment of $845 billion from U.S. taxpayers. A commitment to the MDGs was a stated objective of the Global Poverty Act, which Barack Obama had introduced as a U.S. senator. It requires the U.S. to devote 0.7 percent of Gross National Income to foreign aid.
Now, as President, Obama can bypass the Congress and simply direct his Ambassador to the U.N. Susan Rice to approve the U.N. conference document. Then the pressure will be increased on Congress to come up with the money and satisfy our "international commitments."

That is an easy question and you already know the answer. Claim 10, then don’t file taxes. A tax revolt is illegal but so is 99% of the things the Commie has done. Czars=seizing control and eliminating our system of checks and balances. He wants to be King of the world. He needs massive wealth to keep his manbeast wife in her 650. sneakers.

“So what is funding government? Tax researcher Richard Standring believes the U.S. funds itself with loans from the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
The IMF?
The IMF was created at the United Nations Monetary and Financial conference in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire, July 12, 1944. Per Title 22, Section 286 U.S. Code, the U.S. became an IMF member in 1945.
Standring followed checks naming the IRS as the payee. He claims the checks go to a Federal Reserve bank, a private banking institution that has never been audited. The money then goes to the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and is deposited into what is called a “Quad Zero” account. It is from this account that IRS tax refunds are distributed (per 22 USC 286 and 31 CFR 11, section 214.7).
According to Standring’s research, whatever is left over is then transferred to the IMF. From there the money is redistributed among countries throughout the world—including the U.S.—in the form of loans. These loans must then be paid back to IMF bankers at interest.
According to the U.S. Bureau of the Public Debt, Americans were in the red $1.663 trillion in 1984. Twenty years later the debt has increased nearly five-fold to $7.1 trillion”

I compare the sudden proliferation of “czars” to be the same as the creation of a Politburo in Washington, where the Congress and Senate are expected to be mere rubber stamps. This nation is turning into the new Soviet Union. Egads, the John Birchers were right all along!

Ditto that. All the guns in the world don’t change the fact that as a society Americans are soft, compliant and drugged by bread and circuses. All 0’s programs are designed to make us more so. Sure, there will be people that take to the streets, have tea parties, even some crazies that shoot up innocent people as happened at the Holocaust Museum. But 0 and his media puppets will marginalize all the protesters, and all who protest will be sold to (and accepted by) the sheeple as right-wing wackos. And the brain-dead idiots will go back to their bread and circuses, and their “free” stuff. By the time the majority realizes where all this is headed, they will already be serfs, and will accept the “new realities” of their lives. And all us others will be serfs — or dead — as each individual will decide for himself as his last act of freedom.
Your utilities will pay the carbon taxes and you will pay higher gas, oil and electric bills. If you choose not to pay, I suggest buying a lot of firewood and candles. Stock, options and futures traders and Wall St. firms will pay enormous taxes as part of the new trader tax (although you can be sure Goldman Sachs will somehow be exempted from it). These taxes will be passed on to you as increased fees based on your assets within mutual funds, IRAs and SEP IRAs. To keep folks from cashing those out, new withdrawl fees will be imposed.
