Monsanto to cut 900 jobs as profit falls

Monsanto Co. said Wednesday that it’s creating a separate division for its Roundup and other herbicides business and also plans to cut 900 employees across the company as part of a restructuring to be completed in fiscal 2010.

Isn’t 0bama going to throw out the baseball at the All Star game in St Louis, home of the Monsanto Company? The 900 might buy tickets to the game but I think the thousands of Acorns will be bussed down from Chicago to counteract.

Yep...government's going to order a lot of it for Obama so he can kill all those green shoots that get in the way of his marxist agenda.

I lived in St. Louis for a while in the early 60s, I still remember that distinct Monsanto smell.

Some might say that was the smell of jobs and money but to me it just stank.
