Your guess is as good as mine but the Sinclair stories come to my mind.
You have to enlarge the picture to get the real details of it. Look at his right hand “close up” what is he trying to hide under his right leg???
The picture enlarged is even creepier. Looks like a tv remote in his hand. I found the rumpled pillows on the couch next to them more “interesting.”
