Breaking on Fox.
Apparently, this czar will overlook the auto workers: he is Ed Montgomery, the “Auto Workers Czar”.
what happened to the 1st...??...tax problems...??
Barak Obama is doing what was once thought impossible. He is both a Czarist and a Communist at the same time.
Another day, another czar.
The 1st is still there.
He’s just a SECOND czar, overseeing the auto worker side of things.
Does anyone know how many Czars it takes to screw in a light bulb?
another trainwreck and oh look, dow jones is down AGAIN......
We need a citizens movement to ban the appointment of ‘czars’ through a Constitutional amendment.
It already is in violation of the Separation of Powers, but it apparently needs to be explicitly declared unconstitutional.
But I have four cars!
Seriously, though, do you think the Obamessiah will soon be appointing a “Czar Czar” to keep track of all the czars he has appointed?

President Obama has appointed Ed Montgomery "Director of Recovery for Auto Communities and Workers", which CNN annoyingly refers to as "The Car Czar." What? Who the heck is this guy, and what are his qualifications?
For starters, Czar Montgomery is not a "Car Czar" of any sort, but he was appointed by "The One" during his big speech yesterday, announcing the government's plan to help out GM and screw Chrysler.
Mr. Montgomery is an economist who specializes in job training and local economic development. Montgomery's currently Dean at the University of Maryland, and he's a former Labor Department Deputy Secretary in the Clinton administration. Also, as far as we can tell he's never actually been involved in the auto industry, but he has taught at Michigan State University in Lansing and been a member of the Auto Industry Task Force. But that's OK, because his job has less to do with the auto industry and more to do with directing federal funds to areas hit by the Carpocalypse (re: the urban city center of Detroit) and to manage efforts in retraining auto workers for... something else.
And that's about all we know about this guy. Assume this appointment is double-plus good.
xxxx
Sure didn't take long for this guy to become a czar.
The organizational chart is drawn with a Spirograph!
Who reports to whom?
Has he named his czar czar yet or is that him?
“Czar” isn’t quite the right term. They’re more analogous to “commissars”.
This accomplishes two things: it concentrates even more power in the hands of the White House, and it allows Obama more time for dates and golf.
I never thought I’d live to see the day when the government was running, and controlling, the automobile business. What has happened to this country...and where are we heading?
It’s getting to the point where we will need a Czar to watch over the other Czars....a Czar Czar if you will...
These guys are incredible.
This is like a coup. These people aren’t accountable to Congress. He’s marginalized the cabinet and now they’re like figureheads only.
Besides being unconstitutional (dodging the Senate’s confirmation duties) how much do these nuts make in salary, and do they get health insurance and do they receive retirement benefits, etc.?
Hint: There's a handbasket involved.
