Traveling just got complicated again, for me and many others ...

this stinks. Heading the airport today...now, earlier than I had planned. Having not traveled as much this year, I was not going to renew in the fall, but this still stinks. Heard from several people that just renewed for the year.
Perfect candidate for a bailout: a company too small to fail.
total bummer. i have used clear since it started and it is awesome. gonna miss it. i hope TSA comes up w something to replace it
Yikes, both my kids have purchased this Clear.
Any chance of a refund? /s/
Just one more casualty of the credit meltdown in this country.
And the individuals get drawn ever further into the standing edict of this national government, that one is guilty unless a very good alibi and substantial proof to the contrary can be presented in a matter of only a few minutes.
Couldn’t get me to board an airplane now except in the most extreme of circumstances.
Same here. Was a charter member. I got real used to getting through security in 5 minutes or less.
most of the time it didnt make a big diff. but every once n a while you got to skip a 30 minute line that made the diference between making and missing the flight. it also allowed you to know that you could get to the airport and reliably get thru screening in under 5 minutes.
sucky hotels, bad food on the road, and now back on line at the airport. oh the glamour of business travel.
This doesn’t surprise me. After all, we can’t have some people treated differently from the rest of the herd.
Law abiding citizens should be able to get the equivalent of a “Clear” pass without paying for it. You know, kind of like being assumed innocent. Instead people are griping about not being able to pay for the presumption of innocence?
Thank goodness I didn’t just renew. For those who did, you have 60 days to dispute the charges with your credit card company. The others are just out of luck. Funny, they were just sending me emails about what a great Father’s Day gift this would be.
TSA Known Shipper Data Management System
Next time you're undressing at the TSA checkpoint, think about how much unscreened "trusted" cargo has been sitting under you on your flights.
You forgot the LOL tag.
true true. i knew clear was doomed from how many people they always had standing around doing nothing. same is true for TSA, but they are govt so its not an issue.
The TSA has no interest in making life easier for the subjects.
