We are coming from California, so we are planning to stay a few extra days for sightseeing.
My granddaughter is coming with me, so she needs to see our Capitol. She might as well get a history lesson while there. :)

Thanks! I’ve been toying with the possibilities. Blew lots of money going to CPAC in February and so on this trip we’ll have to mind our dimes and nickels.
I lived in DC but showed my wife the sights in the bad weather plus my eccentric extras like the Exorcist steps, the Titanic Monument, and bit of the C&O Canal.
