I'm worried that my telescoping PVC flag-pole will be a problem on the Metro.

September is a good ways off, so perhaps something will happen that will allow you to see your way clear to make it to DC for the weekend. We know you will be there in spirit if it turns out you can’t make it.
I can’t afford to be there, but come the 4th of July, I will be at a local Tea Party and I’ll be bringing others.
There’s only one event that I would drop anything for and that’s in my tagline.
I already have a my airfare (Frontier) and 3 nights at a hotel (State Plaza Hotel on NW ‘E’) booked for the March (Sept 10-13).
How do I get to attend the Freeper banquet, etc.? I do not need the $116 room.
