Sure does.
Before last weekend, I thought Twitter was a joke and not worth my time.
That all changed on the 13th.

Same here—thot it was a waste, but added it because Vicki McKenna urged listeners to do so—there are a lot of conservatives talk show hosts & others on it

Frankly, after seeing what is happenning in Iran, having alternative communication besides internet may be good idea after all.

I was signed up but didn’t pay attention at all.....until now.
I found this:

It's just a convenient tool that was currently at hand. If it hadn't been, another tool like IRC would have been used.
I think a month from now, you'll be back to thinking it's a joke that's not worth your time.

Not so sure about that. Most of what’s on TV, radio, the net, is junk but there are enough useful information to not give any of them up completely. I suspect it’ll be the same with Twitter.
As for Iran, it was about the only thing on hand. Everything else was shut down by the government.

I don’t think Ronald Reagan ever wore sandals.
And if he had, he wouldn’t have worn them with slacks.

I’ve always hated that slacks and dork sandals look.
Now more than ever
