Looking at the video AGAIN...it may be Neda’s hand you see with what appears to some kind of vial/container. I think that extra hand is hers.

So did she put something in her mouth and this is fake or is it real and she had something in her hand before she died and what you see is her hand relaxing as she dies.

I can’t go frame by frame so I don’t know.

I looked frame by frame again. Her right hand never approaches her face so the left hand is easy to follow. That palm is also already full of blood as it comes above her shoulders so you must be seeing only what you want to see.

When you are watching you-tubes you can usually put your cursor on the moving 'button', left click and hold it down on most any frame. I can get screen captures that way.
