Yep, but I have relatives in WA State and Snohomish Co. isn’t exactly known as the Tijuana of the Pacific Northwest. I hope they ride the lightning eventually because WA state still has the death penalty.
No lightning here in the Evergreen state. We use a tall gallows and a short rope (or a kinder, gentler needle if they choose).
