Even if he had been installed as President the people know the Mullahs are really in charge. Everything is controlled and rigged in Iran and the people are fed up with it.

They see this as something that they can point to and say it, the protests, were not rigged or controlled by the Mullahs. In the past the massive ‘anti-US’ marches were organized by the state and attendence was not voluntary.

The people are tired of it all. They want something real.
