Irish property prices have plummeted since 2002. But a "cottage" in County Galway owned by Connecticut Senator Chris Dodd has tripled in value during the same period, according to a financial disclosure form filed by the Senator this month.
There are two possible explanations for this remarkable turn of fortune. Maybe Mr. Dodd is luckier than a leprechaun. Or could it be that he paid well below the market price...

Dodd is one arrogant senator I would really love to see behind bars.
Far too many people in this country have been given the franchise. The right to vote was never intended to be given to those who live off government largess or those who are too stupid to pass a basic civics exam. As the Democrats have been able to pervert the process of registering and voting more and more illegal and stupid voters pull for the D.
We may need another revolution.
