It's time for the Vatican to simply inform these heretical schools that they are no longer allowed to consider themselves Catholic.

Well, here we go again.
If the Catholic heirarchy has NO control (a la Notre Dame) over the policies of these schools, then how Catholic are they?
And if they are not Catholic, who can stop them from using the “Catholic university” descriptor?
