Nah, IIRC he's running as a Libertarian. And as a former resident of that district (Farmington), if he isn't a hard-core 'Rat with Taos and Santa Fe being most of the district population, he doesn't stand a chance in hell.

For those unfamiliar, we USED to hate Texans in NM, until the Californians started moving in. Santa Fe and Taos are places where the people too wierd for CA ended up.
