Ticket orders by mail should be received by August 20, 2009. Checks must clear prior to September 1. There won’t be anyone to receive or deposit them after that. We’re all going to DC.
TICKETS WILL BE IN THE FORM OF A BADGE AND ATTENDEES WILL PICK UP THEIR TICKET/BADGE AT THE HOTEL BEGINNING AFTERNOON OF FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2009. THEY WILL NOT BE MAILED TO YOU.
WE WILL RECEIVE CHECKS FOR THE CONVENTION ONLY. ROOMS MUST BE RESERVED WITH THE SHERATON NATIONAL HOTEL.
