Maureen O’Sullivan was one of my favorites as well. I particularly liked her in the John Wayne movies, and also the first Parent Trap with Brian Keith (at least I believe that was the male lead’s name). Great movie.

Great movie.Your thinking of another Irish actress, Maureen O'Hara. Both of these ladies were born in the old sod of Ireland. Maureen O'Sullivan, among other roles, played Jane to Johnny Weismuller's Tarzan. Maureen O'Hara was in the classic The Hunchback of Notre Dame as well as many other roles with Wayne. The Quiet Man is a wonderful one that stars both of them and is set in Ireland.
