How does Saunders feel about Ed Schultz calling Palin “political slime”? Are we supposed to sit back and take that, too? Maybe Saunders should try asserting herself as a human being with human rights.
All Sarah did was go to a ballgame. She didn’t do anything to invite Letterman’s slime. He is a scumbag trying to be funny. Sarah is doing her day job, quite well, by the looks of it. Nothing she can do will keep the left from hating her and attacking her. They are afraid of Sarah, and they will do anything they can to destroy her. It’s what they do. Why should she go away?

It was not Sarah Palin or anyone in her family that caused Letterman to issue a much better apology this week. It was the American people who were outraged and motivated enough to organize boycotts and protest rallies. Orgies of Indignation work, for people of all stripes.
To Letterman’s credit he actually did a damn near perfect job - on his second try. Now the whole thing will die down, but will not be forgotten.
I wish faux Conservative columnists would just go away.

Letterman offered Palin a gift wrapped opportunity to have public perception about her changed. She didn't back down, no one in their right mind would expect that, and won. Letterman after looking arrogant by not apologizing had to concede and finally apologize. That is a major victory for all of us who have stood by and watched an obscene double standard get played out over and over and over...
We should enjoy this victory and keep pushing until these loud mouth idiots shut up out of fear. That is the only thing Democrats understand; the openly thing that matters to any of them is power and leverage.
