An Oklahoma state trooper who pulled over an ambulance with a patient inside and then scuffled with a paramedic had every right to make the stop since the vehicle did not have its emergency lights and sirens on, an attorney said Monday.
Funny stuff.
This crap went down about forty miles from where I live. The trooper f’d this one up big time.
Well, I would agree with you if you also agreed to prosecute those same State Troopers and local Police that continue to do the same (exceed speed limits with no lights or sirens). You and I both know that they do this repeatedly with NO prosecution. I can NOT even begin to count the number of times that this has happened to me personally - flying by me at excessive speeds when I am doing the limit.
But hey, they are allowed to pull over an ambulance driver for doing the same...
I still say this was ‘Roid Rage, pure and simple.
I still say that it has to do with the fact it was a Creek Nation EMS truck. Because that was not failing to yield.
Sorry, missed your sarcasm at first reading...
Waiting for the police are right no matter what crowd to show up...
Here I am.
The cop was wrong to pull them over. But the guy that jumped out the back real fast was not handling it very well either.
I thought for sure it was too blatant to miss!!! ;D
What the F is it with the cops in Oklahoma?
This is starting to sound more and more like voting in Florida!
Heh, it was for 95% of the people here... I guess I fall into that ignoramus 5%... Quick read - little thinking...
An attorney will tell you the grass is pink if you pay him.
It’s that 99% that give the other 1% a bad name.
The lights and siren are not required per OK law.
Heh...like your arithmetic... maybe new math though...
That just pisses me off that an officer would behave that way.
There is little worse than a bully with a badge and a gun abusing the position of authority.
I hope his butt get booted from the force in disgrace.
Ha, no... I’ve never voted Democrat in my life! Never even ridden a motorcycle either... Just one of those slow ones...at times.
