What’s taking place in Iran?
For an answer, don’t turn to CNN or Fox News and don’t listen to White House officials.
Millions have taken to the streets to protest the June 12 rigged election of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
The University of Tehran has been ransacked.
Several protestors have been killed and thousands have been injured.
It is the greatest popular uprising that the 21st Century has witnessed.
And yet, to find fair and balanced coverage of the momentous event, one had to turn to foreign news outlets.

My understanding is video feels have been stopped so the only contact is twitter - since Fox cannot show anything, what are they suppose to show?
Is it true that the Saudis own a big chunk of Fox?
I don’t know what you’re talkng about, but I saw news of the uprising this morning on Fox News. Perhaps you need to report a little more reliably.

I am paid to monitor Al Jazeera and other Middle-Eastern media stations..day in and day out. Whatever the excuses, the MainStreamMedia in North America has for decades been self-censoring and insulting to the US audience. We have no idea of what is really going on in the world.
Fox has been covering this, I’ve seen stuff on their website since the election day.

I am still wondering why these protests matter. The other guy just sounds like “Mahmoud 2.” Either guy would still try to destroy Israel, build nukes, support terrorists... etc.
