>>Another Pittsburgh fan
In the series, I was a Penguins fan. I am hardly an ardent supporter.
I am a life-long Whalers fan, which if you ever posted before on a FR hockey thread, you’d know in about 5 minutes.
After they moved, I am a hockey fan first and foremost, but now root for the Bruins and the Rangers (depending on which team is on the TV).
>>You’re making Penguin fans look pretty juvenile
YOU are made an ass out of yourself with your stupid comment. No one, I repeat NO ONE in the NHL would ever say Malkin doesn’t deserve to be in the league. You have to be a complete and utter idiot to think so.
Does he sometimes display rash behavior? Yes. Do a lot of other players? Yes. BFD.
Yup, Pens fan. I must be. After watching (and playing - not pro) hockey for almost 50 years, I must be a "complete and utter idiot".
You sir, are entitled to your beliefs and feelings and may say what you want - it is a free country.
I agree with you that noone in the NHL would say Malkin doesn't belong in the league. Why would they? What do they care? I never said someone in the league would say that!
And I'm still entitled to my belief about Malkin. Obviously, he has proved to you and others here that he does belong in the NHL - I remain unconvinced. I may change my mind next year or the year after that - I consider a tiny little thing called maturity. Notice, I did not call you a name nor question your judgement.
