West concerned by Iran fraud claims

The US, Britain and Canada have voiced concern about reports of irrigularities following President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's claim of a landslide re-election victory in Iran.

Thousands of protesters roamed through Tehran on Saturday, waging hit-and-run clashes with police and setting trash bins and tires ablaze and accusing Ahmadinejad of stealing an election from Mir Hossein Mousavi, his reformist rival.

Hillary Rodham Clinton, the US secretary of state, said she hoped the outcome reflected the "genuine will and desire" of Iranian voters, responding to claims by supporters of Mousavi that allege that the outcome was rigged to give Ahmadinejad a decisive victory.

"We are monitoring the situation as it unfolds in Iran, but we, like the rest of the world, are waiting and watching to see what the Iranian people decide." Clinton told reporters in Ontario, Canada.

The White House also released a two-sentence statement praising "the vigorous debate and enthusiasm that this election generated, particularly among young Iranians," but also expressing concern over "reports of irregularities."

Iran 2009 could be a preview of America 2012 if Obama and his ACORN thugs get their way.

Well, she has the "Hope" part of "Hope and Change" down. I hope.

Exactly. From Obama’s point of view what’s not to like here? Venezuela, Iran... and next: the USA.

So. We riot in the streets. The "leaders" are rounded up and put away. And nothing changes.

I’m sure this keeps Ahmadinejad up at night, pacing the floor. ;-)

We should have sent Jimmy Carter to observe the elections. After all, he knows how to deal with Iran.

Why should any of this be a surprise????? It's an “islamic Republic” ruled by bearded clowns in black robes who look like they just learned to walk upright.Anyone who's seen a beheading video featuring psychopaths chanting “god is great” as they cut off the head of an “infidel” isn't even a little bit surprised by this.

The US, Britain and Canada have voiced concern...

And that's as far as it will go. After all, President Ubama gave the Mullahs the "green light" when he bowed down to the Saudi King.

It's an “islamic Republic”.....

Just what Hussein said this country is, mainly Muslim.

I will be attending my Christian Church here in The United States of America tomorrow....asking God to forgive me for my thoughts towards this Christian hating Marxist, Hussein.

You do not need forgiveness from God for thinking that he should be summarily removed from office.

Forgiveness from ACORN, now... *\;-)

This should be seen by everyone that this is the result of a government that is authoritarian and has too much power over the people.

They want freedom and we are handing ours over to Obama and a bunch of mobsterlike thugs.

All of this gives me the creeps because our freedoms are disappearing daily.

Why can’t people see that the Obama admin will lead to this?

Actually Bozo wanted Mousavi to win. His little speech yesterday took credit for it when he thought Mousavi was winning and now he looks like a fool. He was patting himself on the back and saying it was obvious that his speech had turned things around in Iran. Now the conceited POS has to make noises like he could actually do anything about election fraud in Iran. He is just going to have to live with Imanutjob unless the people kill the Mullahs and throw Imanutjob out on his ear.

After what occurred here during November 2008, I don’t think we should be accusing anyone else of voter fraud. Our own last national “election” was a pathetic joke.
