True. But...if the recipients were Obama supporters (aka Soros & cohorts), there will be no investigation.

And so many people predicted it...

You are absolutely right. Many of us predicted repeatedly on FR during the Bush war that these expanded big government powers, such as DHS, would one day would be used against conservatives. Even now, some of those showing the most outrage now are in denial about this past record as anti-civil liberties enablers when a Republican was in the oval office.

Call your state legislators, demand SOVEREIGNTY.

If they won’t do it, you can move to a state that will.

This fight will have to be taken up at the state level.

I think the country will just continue to sit by while we are destroyed from the KNOWN enemies within.
____________
It pains me to agree with you, but deep down inside, I fear you may be right. The reason being too many people are busy watching American Idol, they don’t stay informed, they don’t understand and they will be the first to wake up one morning and say OMG, how did this happen and why didn’t my local CBS, NBC, or ABC report it.

The fear of God was upon us, 9/11 just happened. Many of us didn’t have time to think until it was in place. I think the shock of what happened interfered with the public’s perception of the long term consequences. The immediate needs, immediate urgency..it didn’t seem so bad.

I have to wonder if they didn’t have those plans (patriot act) ready ahead of time. It was created so fast—

Oh...so you’re citing Abdullah al-Muhajir/Muhajir Abdullah as an example of violation of civil rights by Bush? HAhahahaha! Psst! The SOB was found guilty and convicted. I suppose that you think Bush should have let him go to perhaps...later succeed in using a dirty nuke against Americans. I’m wondering if that dirty nuke was exploded in the city YOU lived in, if you’d still feel the same way. Assuming that you lived to ‘feel’ anything ever again, that is.

Sorry, BUT....if the SOB was planning a nuke attack here in the states, I would have opted to have him EXECUTED. Got it?

Could you please provide link, source and proof of Bush’s supposed spying on American citizens’ phone conversations regarding sex? I’d be ever so grateful. It’s not that I don’t believe you, the two former NSA military intercept operators, OR Rockefeller....but since this “piece” was released right before the 2008 election....and since I don’t know that the two NSA ops aren’t rabid lying lefties, and since I DO know that Rockfeller IS a rabid lying leftist, and since I’m starting to wonder about you....

I’ll have to have solid facts AND proof on that.

As for Rush....I don’t give a tinkers damn what Rush opposes. That has nothing to do with the point I was making, which apparently, either accidentally or deliberately, whooshed right over your head. Point being the “WHY” Bush caved in re: TARP.

I really have to say....you remind me of several hundred leftist liberals that I have debated with over the past decade. In fact, it’s deja vu all over.

Everyone needs to read these words over and over. I mean everyone!! If they can still honestly praise this administration then they are doomed to live their lives as slaves to a handful of people in DC.

Robert Manzo, Chrysler restructuring expert: “I hope you think it’s worth giving this one more shot.” Matthew Feldman, attorney on the President’s Auto Task Force: “I’m now not talking to you. You went where you shouldn’t.” Manzo: “Sorry. I didnt’ mean to say the wrong thing and I obviously did. I was trying to make sure that if we had to contribute to the solution you knew we had some room. Sorry I did not realize the mistake!!” Feldman: “It’s over. The President doesn’t negotiate second rounds. We’ve given and lent billions of dollars so your team could manage this properly….And now you’re telling me to bend over to a terrorist like Lauria? That’s B.S.”

Case in point, my ex-supervisor. A nice hispanic lady, fairly intelligent, but too caught up in her life to bother researching Obama and his thugs in crime before the electrion. She didn’t get cable news, so SeeBS, NBC and public television was pretty much her ONLY news sources. That and NPR bs was what she relied on. Now, she, like most of the rest of us, is facing losing her job, her 401k/retirement AND her freedom. It’s the stupidity and the apathy. A very dangerous combination.

Really the major weak link in such a hand holding chain today is the inside enemy known as RINO’s.

THIS, my friend, is a problem we CAN deal with at the local level and Nationally.
____________
We really, really, really need Crist defeated in FLorida. He’s the KING of RINOS.

No, fall back to Texas so we have a firm supermajority. Then secede and watch the Federal ship sink.

We can advance out of Texas later after we’re sure that the masses in what’s left of the US have learned their lesson.
_______
Funny, I’ve heard many people say exactly what you did. I was at a restaurant the other day and a large group at the table next to me were saying exactly what you did.

Destroy a Liberal today!
________
I can’t today but I did yesterday. An ex employee is out of work and came back begging for a job. While talking I found out he voted for Obama. I showed him the door and told him not to bother to come back.

And the worst appears to be during Barack’s reign.
_____________
Absolutely. When it looked like he was going to win and when his thugs began to manipulate the market to make sure he did. Around July 2008 right?

In their mind he probably is.

But this is the shit that the people voted for.

Stuff like this is why I purely despise the bastards that inflicted obama on me.

I still say that not the first American or Christian voted for obama.

Find me a place to move. I can’t take much more.

There is no place. You just have to suck it up and soldier on.

Perhaps literally.

Shouldn’t that have been “man-caused disaster” since they did away with the word terrorist?

Only with respect to Muslims or any connection they might have to "man-caused disaters".

Has anyone heard from the White House "press corps" on this?

Since the threat has been out there for some time now, I'd say "silence is assent".
