never thought I would say this, but in when I heard the coverage of the most recent interview with Reverend Jeremiah Wright, I thought that the virulently anti-Semitic pastor got some things right. He just got the verb tense wrong. He said, "Ethnic cleansing is going on in Gaza. Ethnic cleansing [by] the Zionist is a sin against humanity."
Ethic cleansing surely is a sin. The Nazis employed this nefarious technique to rid the world street by street, town by town of all the Jews. Surely Gaza and ethnic cleansing belong in the same sentence. However, ethnic cleansing is not going on in Gaza. It went on, and it is over. In August 2005, every single Jew was forcibly removed from his/her home, and today not a single Jewish person can be found in the entire area. It has been converted into a launching pad for rockets to destroy the the very people who had just lived there.
It appears that this policy of ethnic cleansing of Jews is part of President Obama's Middle East strategy, which demands a complete freeze of "settlements" and a complete halt to any Jewish population growth in those areas. The U.S. insists that it is necessary for all lands that may one day fall under Palestinian jurisdiction be Judenrein? (German: clean of Jews and a central step towards the Nazi policy of eliminating all Jews area by area.)

Wright has tunnel vision.
Apparently, he thinks he sees ethnic cleansing in Gaza but blatantly fails to see the real ethnic cleansing taking place in Sudan and a couple of other areas around the world. I am sure it is not because Wright has penchant for “them Jews,” no way....
Shrug. Maybe now the Palestinians will learn to not start wars which they cannot finish. As long as the desire of the Palestinian people is to finish what Hitler continued, then I see nothing wrong with the Israelis pushing back, even if it means decimating the Palestinian population in order to save their own.
The worst threat to Israel is not from Gaza or the West Bank but Iran.
Guess who just won reelection there.
The thing is Wright changed his story to say he didn’t mean the Jews he meant the Zionists.
One thing we know for certain. No one around this President is a Zionist. Quite the opposite they are all anti-Zionists.
I wouldn’t call what they had in Iran an election.
Yikes! A political movement.
According to Wiki then, it looks like this southern redneck is a Zionist since I support the modern state of Israel.
I learn something new every day!
LOLOL........beware anything you read on Wiki.
I recently checked on an infamous relative of mine only to find that they had the guy married to someone we’ve never heard of.
Never mind that they had children and grandchildren who are part of our family.
Wiki is not to be trusteed.
You can say that again.
The only way the government in Iran changes will be if someone flattens Tehran.

OBAMA BLACK LIBERATION THEOLOGY
Understanding that black liberation theology is Marxism dressed up to look like Christianity helps explain why there is no conflict between Cone's "Christianity" and Farrakhan's "Nation of Islam." They are two prophets in the same philosophical (Marxist) pod, merely using different religions as backdrops for their black-power aims.
As Cone himself writes in his 1997 preface to a neW edition of his 1969 book, Black Theology and Black Power:
"As in 1969, I still regard Jesus Christ today as the chief focus of my perspective on God but not to the exclusion of other religious perspectives. God's reality is not bound by one manifestation of the divine in Jesus but can be found wherever people are being empowered to fight for freedom. Life-giving power for the poor and the oppressed is the primary criterion that we must use to judge the adequacy of our theology, not abstract concepts. As Malcolm X put it: I believe in a religion that believes in freedom. Any time I have to accept a religion that won't let me fight a battle for my people, I say to hell with that religion'." (p. xii; emphases mine)
And, to drive his Marxist emphasis even further, Cone again quotes Malcolm X:
"The point that I would like to impress upon every Afro-American leader is that there is no kind of action in this country ever going to bear fruit unless that action is tied in with the overall international (class) struggle." (p. xiii)... -------------

Of course Wright has “tunnel vision”. That’ll happen when your head is that far up your own a$$...

Reeeverend Wrong is a racist prick. He gets nothing right, even by accident. The rev is a hypocrit of the first order, maintianing a mistress in New York while pretending to be a misiter of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in Chicago. But then Chicago hasn’t recognized the Lord form Heaven since prohibition.
