How did she manage to smack down Lauer?
I've only had broadband for a couple weeks. My entire life, starting in the early 80s, has been on dialup until I found out that Hughesnet satellite can peek over the blue ridge foothills here in central virginia and see the satellite. It's expensive so we had to kinda wait and save up some to finally get it. It's worth it. I feel your pain, though. That was me until just a couple weeks ago. Free Republic has a lot of great pictures you have to spend your life waiting for, not to mention relying on others for video explanations.
Sarah was talking about how Letterman was joking about statutory rape on her 14 year old. Lauer, in a condescending voice, "pointed out" that Letterman said that he wasn't talking about Willow, he was talking about the 18 year old. He then tried to move on without letting her respond but she broke in and said that he and others were very naive if they believed the lame excuse Letterman came up with only after two days of being criticized for his joke.
It was wonderful. I cheered. (I hope I didn't wake up my wife!)
I hate how liberals talk in that voice like they’re talking to a child - as they spit out garbage.
