I still remember when Olbersissy’s ratings went up a little during the election season last year. Since his ratings were abysmal to begin with, any seasonal uptick looked enormous as a percentage. Like if the number of lesbian Eskimo butterfly collectors went from one to two, it would be a 100% increase, and some nitwit would tell us that lesbian Eskimo butterfly collectors are the nation's fastest growing demographic. Anyway, Olbersissy’s ratings went up a little (as did all political talk shows during the election season), but since his ratings were practically zilch to begin with, it looked like a big percentage increase. MSNBC ran promos boasting that his show was the fastest growing political discussion show on television, though he still ended up in last place since his competition's ratings went up, too.

Now that he's in a ratings free fall, maybe they should run promos saying he has the fastest collapsing show on TV. Or is Rachel Maddow collapsing even faster?
