I have neighbors (Independent leaning Republicans) who I sit out in the eveing with sometimes and talk about everything. One eveing I told them that my company just laid off 100 people and cut everyones salary by 5% and and quit matching our 401Ks which combined is a 8% salary loss. All they could say is that “they just feel that good things are coming and that Obama is working hard to make good things happen.”

Yep, they are choosing to believe the dishonest pap fed to them by the media. They ‘feel’.... wishin’ and hopin’ that this ‘lovely, elegant man’ (barf!) is gonna make all good things happen if they only have faith in him. Sheesh! There are some days I feel such despair for my country that I’m almost beside myself. How can we have produced the volume of mindless IDIOTS that we see all around us?
