WASHINGTON -- Four Uighur detainees from Guantanamo Bay have been sent to Bermuda, officials said Thursday.
The transfer marks the first time that the government has resettled any of the camp's Uighur population since 2006 -- when five Uighurs were transferred to Albania, according to the administration.
"By helping accomplish the president's objective of closing Guantanamo, the transfer of these detainees will make America safer," Attorney General Eric Holder said in a written statement.. "We are extremely grateful to the government of Bermuda for its assistance in the successful resettlement of these four detainees, and we commend the leadership they have demonstrated on this important issue."

The terrorists Obama shops off to other countries will soon wish they were back at GITMO where they had 4 star treatment. Prison facilities and treatment they receive in Bermuda and other places where they are likely to be shipped won't be anywhere near as plush as our insane government has been providing in GITMO.
How long before we read about terrorists filing lawsuits against the USA for removing them from GITMO and sending them to less comfortable accomodations?
Although my despair gets squared with each passing day of events, my fight against this administration gets squared with each passing hour. We simply have to keep Sir Winston in mind as we confront this evil White House with FAXES, letters, and calls.
Through our efforts, we can muster a conservative takeover next year, one by conservatives humbled by their previous recklessness as well as by new faces determined to set our America aright.
