Rudy has good and bad going for him, but I do credit him with staying what he believes and not taking s__t from the media. While most of the loser Republicans are out bashing Palin as unnamed sources, Rudy is out in public with her. Good for him.

What’s the deal on the Univision interview? I hadn’t heard about that one.

Yep. I didn’t even read the article. If she cozies up to Rudy in any way whatsoever, she’s politcially tone deaf. He’s a phony and a loser from the git.
To: Emmett McCarthy
Rudy is a has-been, which is still better than a never-was.

I guess that depends on who it’s “better” for - us or him? It’s better for me that he’s a has-been, but as for his place on the national political stage, it would have been better for him to be a “never-was” as far as I’m concerned.

Wow - Sarah Palin is absolutely gorgeous. Okay, we all knew that, but the sunglasses definitely rock.

Rudy:
Defense: solid
Economics: mixed (but more conservative than not)
Social issues: mixed (tough on crime, soft on moral issues.)
He has always bee consistent in his positions.
Don’t throw the baby out with the bath water here. Rudy is the kind of guy that can get elected in the NE. He would be way too conservative to be a Democrat in any part of the country.

She said that it wasn’t feasible to deport all illegals and that there should be a path of citizenship for migrant workers.

I have often wondered if she hasn't been bluntly, but beautifully, posting here for years with a three letter screen name starting with “D”.
