I watched the first link. I don’t see what’s so funny about it. I’m not talking about joking about raping an underage girl, I’m saying that the joke just isn’t funny. Perhaps there’s some A-Rod reference that only baseball fans/east coasters get....?

I don't get Letterman's "humor" with the A-Rod reference either, other than A-Rod is an overpaid baseball player and has the reputation for being promiscuous...

I got within about 50 feet of A-Rod last night during batting practice at Fenway Park in Boston... I was actually going to shout to him: Hey A-Rod, what do you think about Letterman's perverted joke involving you and Sarah Palin's 14-year-old daughter?

If there weren't so many Yankee fans in front of me oohing and ahhhing and begging for A-Rod's autograph (he ignored 'em), I might have had a chance to ask him, but I was too far away. LOL
